This ApexConcierge AI Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the client (“Client” or “You”) and Elite AI Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and governs the use of ApexConcierge AI, our AI-Concierge rental service (“Service”).

Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing our Service, you agree to abide by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our Service.

Service Provision

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Ownership and Proprietary Rights

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and will remain with Elite AI Solutions. You acknowledge that the Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Data Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elite AI Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite AI Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Agreement.
